Questions people actually ask
Is there a free plan?
Yes, and it needs no card. New accounts get 35 credits once, about 7 short clips on the everyday models. Free creations are public and go up to 720p. Starter adds monthly credits, private creations and 1080p; Pro adds every model.
What happens to credits I do not use?
They bank while your plan is active, capped at three months of your plan. Anything above the cap is lost. The bank clears if you cancel.
Do top-up credits expire?
No. Top-ups never expire and are spent after your monthly allowance. Cancelling does not touch them.
What does paying yearly change?
The payment, not the allowance. You pay for twelve months up front, two of them free, and your credits still arrive monthly.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Settings. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for; we do not refund part-used periods.
What if a render fails?
A job the model accepted and then failed stays charged, because that compute was already paid for. A job that never reached the model is not charged. If a failure is clearly our fault, email us and we will put the credits back.
Can I use what I make commercially?
You keep whatever rights you have in what you generate, subject to the model providers' terms and to having the rights to anything you upload. See the Terms.
